Keloids or scars on hand
I have couple of scars or keloids on my arm.I have used mederma for 1-2 months but i couldn't find any difference.I am looking for somebody who can treat these type of scars.

Greetings. Kindly send in pictures on private follow up chat for confirmation of the diagnosis. The standard treatment of keloids includes intra lesional injections and silicone gel application/ silicone cream application. The lesions will slowly flatten but may not get cured completely with any form of treatment. Fractional laser therapy is another option to improve the tissue and appearanc eof sccars/keloids. Kindly see a qualified dermatologist near you and discuss the same with him.
