Hello....DTPA. report says you have mild pelvi ureteric junction dilation without obstruction .. Hydronephrosis present in this condition
...clinical signs and symptoms should be correlated with the findings ...get serum creatinine ,urine creatinine test done ... If its elevated consult nephrologist with report
