Just needed some consultation
I was given etizol beta .25 mg for anxiety . Along with escitalopram . Stared feeling suffocated and feeling of not having full breath . Told doc , he said it will take for the meds to act . Is it okay ? My spo2 are finen

Anxiolytics can cause different responses in different people and it can't be predicted very accurately all the time. Having said that, anxiolytics are a start on the journey to being anxiety free. There are many things one can and must do on this journey.
