This is due to peripheral neuritis.reduced blood circulation cause pain ,so treatment to
wards increasing blood supply to leg.
1. Regular walking for 1hr a day
2dip your both foot in lukewarm water for 15 before bedtime .
2.have inj. Nurobion twice a week
3.tab. Nurobion one a day
4.tab.dolonex one at night

It's not clearly told about the time duration, how it's started, whether any injury associated with this, is she rheumatoid arthritis positive or diabetes? And also Xray report. Unless I know these, it's tough to comment on this.
