  3. Joint pains and chills. No typhoid too!

Joint pains and chills
I have fever, chills and dry cough with severe joint pains. I had got dengue just 6 months back. So just got a blood test done to check if it has relapsed. The blood test suggests dengue negative. But then what is the issue. Mcv, mch and mchc counts are low than normal. No typhoid too

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Dengue doesn't RELAPSE as such. Dengue spreads through mosquitoes. It could be a viral fever, chikungunya fever also. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
