  4. Joint pain. My mobility. please suggest.

Joint pain
There is pain in all the joints from neck, shoulder, hip joint, knees, elbows and ankles. The problem is observed since last few weeks. The pain is not severe but affecting my mobility. Please suggest.

Proper evaluation by an orthopaedic surgeon is required. Need get blood investigation like CBC with ESR, CRP, Ra factor, uric acid, vit d, b 12 levels. U can start with tab zerodol, neurokind LC. Review with report.
