Since last 2-3 months im having pain in left leg and hand, clotting in leg, movement in hands while sleeping. I consulted a doctor he said its due to deficiency of B12.

Symptoms of vitamin b12 deficiency are Isolated numbness or paresthesias. Gait abnormalities Psychiatric or cognitive symptoms Visual symptoms other  Symptoms include subacute progressive decrease in visual acuity, usually caused by bilateral optic neuropathy and rarely pseudotumor cerebri or optic neuritis.
