My husband had detected with dengue IgG n IgM positive he was admitted as platelets was too low after 6 days dengue was negative n platelets was also increasing n no fever but he was complaining of joint pain n now after 15 -20 days he is detected with chikungunyaIgM positive n complaining of joint pain what should be done medications are on
