Joint pain
He had got fever in mid Aug after which there is swelling in palm n foot n joint pains since then. No fever. All k - blood test, uric acid, chk gunea test negative.

1.Tab Pan 40 mg once daily before breakfast. 2.Tab Seradic P twice daily after meals. 3.Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed for fever  after meals. 4. 5 days and follow up

I need an x-ray of joints to come to conclusion .

Hello there..... Try an over-the-counter pain reliever or antiinflammatory medications.....Avoid using your joint in ways that cause or worsen pain....Apply ice to your painful joint for 15 to 20 minutes a few times each day....Apply a heating pad, soak in a warm tub to relax muscles and increase circulation..... Consult orthopedician if symptoms persists.....
