Joint pain and muscle ache daily. his ms

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I'm having joint pain and muscle ache. Last month I got the result that vitamin b12 is very high and vitamin d3 is low. I'm taking Calcirol once in a week and CCM daily. The pain isn't susubsidingis there anything I can do more than this?
