Have a bad rash and ring worms near the groin area. It's itchy and burns a lot. Have been applying dermi5 cream but that has not helped.

You seem to be having fungus infection. Please avoid applying dermi 5 cream as it will worsen the infection.

Please keep the area dry. If you sweat a lot, you can take bath twice a day. you have to seek dermatologist help for your condition.
