Jock itch in Groin and foot

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have been facing red spots in circle with icthing and irritation in Groin area both sides And in right foot from last month's I have been applying candid Gold ointment (Clotrimazole cream I.p.) but it's same not cured...Kindly Diagnose correct OTC treatment. I have attached picture of right foot and One Side of Groin area

Hi..it looks like fungal infection..it won't get cured by topical creams only we need to give oral antifungals as well along with monitoring..please consult a dermatologist for the same..try to keep the area dry as much as possible
