Jerk in chest while trying to sleep
I had shortness in breath 2 days before because of inflamed airways and GERD... Now breathing issue getting better , but from yesterday whenever I try to sleep , my chest jerk like my heart is kicking me or coming out like a big beat... it's too strange... If I awake it doesn't.. it's spoiling my sleep and telling like don't sleep... What's that??? I'm tooo sleepy , because of this am not able to sleep... I did ECG bcz of breathing difficulty, and it's normal... I taking Breaze L and pantoprazole from yesterday... What's the solution ? And please tell me how to sleep without this ?

Apply analgesic oint + take oxalgin m r + alprax before bed  your jerk  will overcome + will have sound sleep ,any quarry contact someone or me through online
