Jaw, Throat and neck burning pain
I have burning pain in lower jaw under ear since may. Been to ENT, dentist, physician. They couldn't find anything. They suspect as tmj or neuralgia. I have burning pain in throat, side of the neck right side only, ear pain, ringing in ear, constant feel of something in throat. Went to ENT yesterday. He tested for eagles syndrome. He didn't order CT neck scan. He did intra oral exam by pushing his finger inside the throat right side. It gives me mild pain and feel like choking. He said if it's mild pain, it's not eagles syndrome. But in my cbct scan, styloid process are measured as 27.01mm,26.51mm and right styloids is segmented. He said it's normal. I still feel mild pain in the throat where he pushed his finger. Is it normal to have pain even after a day? How to know if I have eagles or not? I have severe constant burning pain in neck, throat and lower jaw under ear. Everything on right side. Ent told me it's look like tmj and told me to do PT. How do I rule out eagles?
