Hello, Heart related typical pain is retrosternal chest tightness or heaviness radiating to left shoulder, left shoulder , inner border of left arm and jaw, which is aggravated by physical activity or emotional stress and which is relieved by taking rest. It is usually associated with breathing difficulty or sweating or palpitations. The pain which is localized to a particular area, lasting for a very short duration or very long duration, not related to physical activity , tender to touch or pricking or burning in character or radiation to abdomen and lower limbs is not heart related pain If your pain matches description of heart related pain above and if ECG and ECHO at baseline are normal the get a TMT stress Test done. If TMT is normal then your symptoms are not heart related . Then you have to consult a physician for these symptoms Hope I have answered most of the questions regarding chest pain Take care Stay safe
