Jaundice new born
Dear sir/madam,
After I discharged from delivery, my baby got jaundice with 23 and kept under photolight reduced to 18.65 , then light removed for 12 hrs. Repated the test and now its 18.85.
Doctor said it's normal .plz suggest is it ok?
And advised to keep the baby under sunlight of 11 am to 12 am .I am in Chennai and now summer 1 hr of sunlight ok or not .plz suggest

Better if billirubin would have been reduced to 10 and then took discharge.
Better now to get admitted and bring it below 10.
