Jaundice in newborn baby
My son is 6 day old.
Doctor diagnosed jaundice after two days of birth.
Bilrubin level was 20 . Doctor give photo therapy to baby. After 12 hour bilrubin level was 18.5.
They continue photo therapy and after 24 hour bilrubin was 16.1. Then doctor prescribed for gamma I. v. 0.5mg/10ml . After Next 24hour bilrubin is 16.9.
Now doctor test crp and crp is in range it's value is 0.52
What I do sir my son is in nicu from 4days

Depends on the cause jaundice will take time to resolve. Better that you follow the Pediatrician advise under which he is admitted.
If not satisfied ask them to get reference of other senior Pediatrician.
