11.1 mg/dL of S. Bili is normal for the baby. Do not worry. Feed the baby 2 hrly and see to that baby is gaining weight adequately and passing urine more than 6-10 times/day
Next Steps
Get a thyroid test for the baby if not done at birth.
Health Tips
Nothing to worry. Relax

Neonates have high bilirubin compared to adult values..total bilirubin level of 11.1mg/dl at 2weeks is normal for the age.. Bilirubin level gradually decreases to adult level over 1-2 month age.It gets reduced by getting excreted through urine and stools..With adequate feeding it will reduce
Next Steps
continue exclusive breastfeeding 2hourly till 2-3months age
Health Tips
*if  thyroid function test is not done please do that *also needs to know whether it is unconjugated hyperbilirubenemia or conjugated bilirubinemia for that total bilirubin as well as conjugated bilirubin levels need to be known
