Jaundice in 14th week of pregnancy
Hi, My wife got covid 19 whille 12 week of pregnancy. And after covid recovery jaundice started. All hapetitis tests are negetive. Still SGPT,SGOT elevated 5 times. Total bile acid - 36. Also TLC increased to 16.4 and pletelates count elevated to 493. There are no clinical symptoms apart from jaudice - itchyness,loss of aptite,sometimes fatigue. Please suggest what may be issue and how to go forward. Thanks

It is cholestasis of pregnancy . She has to take udiliv and control her diet .

Increased bile acid along with incaresed liver enzymes suggesting cholestasis of pregnancy. Hopefully she's taking udiliv
