Jaundice identified 14 days ago
My son is 17 days old and was diagnosed with Jaundice on 3rd day of his birth (born on 19th August). When tested today, his Bilirubin level is still at 6.2 mg%. When consulted with doc here in my native, he was asked to take in sunlight everyday and we have been doing so. He was also prescribed ClearLiv and Ultra D3 to be given twice everyday. My mother gives him a mustard oil massage thrice everyday. Should that be continued? It has been 14 days now, and Jaundice still persists. What should we do?

Jaundice has to be assessed by visual inspection only. Staining of eyes remain for 2-3 weeks.. if jaundice seems deeper then repeat bilirubin along with cbc and other tests need to be done. Clearliv won't help for sure so stop that.
Next Steps
consult Pediatrician for detailed discussion and jaundice analysis.
