You don't need a IVF for this indication. A simpler procedure like IUI should work for your problem.
But before that you and your husband need to undergo a few tests. You are usually given oral tablets and one injection for the egg to rupture and on the day of ovulation husband's semen is inserted in your uterus through a small cannula. The procedure in done in the OPD and does not need anaesthesia.
