IVF 14 Oct;Aplasti anemia with the PNH.

Asked for Female, 34 Years

AA since 2004; PNH since 2009. Had two missed abortions in a span of 6 months. I was advised lonopin 40mg\day after ivf. But it triggered hemolysis on the fifth day. What do I do is there a alternative? Which can work with my condition. I've no guts to handle the trauma again. Hopeful to have a solution....
