IUI not done
Hi doctor today i went for my first iui but my husband VDRL test is positive. Doctor said no for iui Please suggest

Dear patient, yes. It's better to avoid it due to positive test results of VDRL. Kindly get your husband checked with A treponemal test as it is often used to confirm the positive test.  It is also best advisable that you also get yourself checked (VDRL). Once the treatment is effectively completed , you can freely go for iui. Wish you luck!!!
