Itchy vagina area definitely not thrush

Question

Asked for Female, 21 Years

For the last few months my labia majora and vulva have become very itchy and it smells. If I itch I can itch to the point of it becoming swore and even bleeding a little bit but it will still be itchy I have no other symptoms I’ve taken a thrush pill to see if that help but it didn’t. I've tried daily washing with plain water and also with a special vagina wash nothing has helped
