Itchy swelling in body
Hi, I get itchy swellings all over my body most nights. This is has occured for past 5 months. I am on medicine - Montair LC. When I take this tablet every night I dont have the problem, but the 30 days course is over and the problem reoccured again. Even if i skip the tablet one day, i get this problem. Problem is my lips also gets swollen. So i want immediate and permanent cure. What should I do - any home remedy? Can ayurveda cure this well?

Acvourding to ayurveda this problem relates with VATA and KAPHA dosha. First of all consult an ayurvesic doctor near you. Till then avoid taking milk and any milk product. ( you can only take ghee with food). Take adequate amount of water,( do not overhydrate your body) it causes kapha aggrevation, avoid drinking water immediately after meal. Do exercise regularely. * if you arw not suffering with Gastritis / hyper acidity, you can take 3-4 black paper powder mixed with 1 tsf of honey after food. Take card
