  4. Itchy skin. Guess thats not helping me.

Since last 3-4 days I observe red bumps on my feet, which are abit itchy, then I spotted a few on my hand. I am applying candid powder, but I guess thats not helping me.

Based on your description it looks like a wax folliculitis which is a common condition. Sometimes they co-exist with fungal folliculitis and can be determined with more precision during a consultation. Kindly consult a dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
