Itchy skin since 2 years. This pain.

Hello Doctor, 2 years ago I had a Dengue, Post Dengue I started developing itchy skin all over my body, I consulted 30+ doctors including Dermatologist, Homeopath, Ayurveda. Some doctors call it has Urticaria, some call it has Allergy and food intolerance. Usually, I get more itching 1 or 2 days after eating certain foods like Shrimp, fish, and nuts. Sometimes I get a pain near my stomach. And I also I get itching after applying pressure on any part of my body like clapping hard. It may not be allergic hence I get itching after 1 or two days and also I get itching after applying pressure. If I take antihistamines I usually don't get itching but I don't want to take it. Please help me to solve this problem . I cannot live with this pain.
