Itchy skin at the back of my knees

Asked for Female, 18 Years

15 years of my life, i was suffering from itchy skin at the back of my knees. i have dark back knee , cause i scatch it whenever its itchy then it will become a scar.i visited my dermatologist last 3 years ago,she let me buy her lotion, an oatmeal soap and an antihistamine. I applied it for 3 months then i stopped, as i stopped applying those, my problem returns. what shoulf i do to stop this itchy skin at the back of my knee?
