Itchy Rashes

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I'm a 20 years old and currently sexually inactive. I have had these pimple like formation on my penis ( both on the head and the shaft ) for almost a week now. It's not painful but feels itchy. It's brown red on the head and the one in the shaft feels only when touched. I'm worried about this situation and needs a medical opinion, please help.
