Itchy penis , breaking out
Have had sore and itchy penis for about 2 weeks I need help it's cleared up and goes away but it keeps coming back

Could be scabies or fungal infection. Both need treatment or it will spread to other members of the household. But I can't be sure until I examine. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.
