Itchy patch of skin
I have a patch of skin on my L side calf of my leg for the last year-and-a-half it welts up and itches every once in awhile it doesn't really change color from my natural skin tone. but even when it's not welted it is kind of rough I've use steroid creams prescribed by my GP but he has yet to tell me what it is I'm not sure if he knows it never moves it always stays in the same spot
