  4. Itchy lower lining of eye. Should i do?

Itchy lower lining of eye
I'm having itching in my lower lining of one eye. A rash has also developed below the eye due to itching. I have tried anti bacterial ciplrofloxacin eye drop but no help. It's been more than 3 weeks. What should I do?
