Condition observed first ~8th April. After using Chloramphenicol Eye Ointment for two days without any improvement, contacted doctor through chat on practo who prescribed eye drops 'Predforte' for 2 weeks and 'Just Tears' for 1 month. Condition improved but felt itchiness at times over these days. Stopped using of 'Predforte' as its been two weeks, within two days the condition was back to that of 8th April. Kindly assist.

It seems to be allergic bepharoconjuctivitis with secondary infection,might be due to rubbing.
Please again share a close up pic of your eyes with information about pain redness watering discharge itching and blurring of vision
As of now
Please do cold compresses and wash your eyes frequently with fresh water.
