Itchy in head,withpimples
Hi I'm having pimples in my head,I can't say 100% it is pimple but it's very itchy and when it breaks,it spreads pimples al over head,and when I comb my head,dandruff like substance falling from the scalp, hairfall is also so severe, I don't know whether hairfall is due to this or not,but pls some1 help me out in this,

Hi
You seem to be having folliculitis. This is an infection of hair follicles which may be due to increase oil secretion. This in turn causes itching and hair liss. Please avoid oiling hair. Use a good medicated anti dandruff shampoo. You may also need oral antibiotics for a short while. Please contact a dermatologist who can advise you. Once the infection is controlled and if hair fall persists then you can seek further treatment for the same
