I have got bumps on head like pimples. They are itchy and my hairs are falling around those bumps. while I shampoo my hairs ,they tend to come off.

Hi greetings. You seem to be having scalp folliculitis. This could be fungal or bacterial and you'll need to see a dermatologist near you for further diagnosis and treatment. You may need antibiotics and certain antifungal shampoos. Avoid leading your hair wet after bath and dry it well. Use medicated shampoo prescribed regularly. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
