Itchy groin with no remedy.

Hello, I apologize in advance for going into detail but I feel I have no choice. About two years ago my wife licked my testicles(sorry sorry for descriptions) ever since then I’ve been itchy down there. I have tried many fungal creams. I have had skin biopsies done and the doctor thinks possibly from the results that it is eczema. I have gone to extreme measures, undertaking intense diets to rid my body of eczema to no avail.
