Hi doctor, was in Chennai for a month thn whn i returned back...i had boils on my lower thighs which was vry itchy to n thn it turned black n has not reduced oly...n started to spread all over legs n now in hands... N its leaving a black mark to...plz help me to come out this itchy boils.

This could be summer boils. Take a course of antibiotics like Azithromycin 500 mg once daily for three days. Apply calamine lotion to get relief from itching. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Improve your nutrition and drink plenty of fluids. Dark marks can be tackled later.
