Itching, Uti, discharge, 2 days only!

Im having this issue of uti jus after sex even after using condom, i took amoxiclav for a bactria that i had tested positive 2 years back since then when ever i had this symptom of uti itching or discharge i took amoxiclav but now its not working previously i use to b intimate with my partner without any protection though i did had infection after that so we took cultue senstivity nd we both were treated accordingly but now even after using condom i start my symptom with uti then discharge itching and small daane on 6 o clock position at vagina please provide me some test or any medication as we both want to have sex without protection but because of my utis and stuff we still compromising also i think m hypomenoric even tho my cycle r normal but my eriods stays for 2 days only
