Itching swelling pain and blackness
Enclose my father leg picture please help me to diagnose this condition... Having this last 5-6 years, sometime itching is there my father is alcoholic and eating tobacco.. What can i do to heal this or cure this?

Toes should be examined for cracks, blackening, discoloration, hardening of nails
Is there pain ?
Is there any history of trauma or burn ?
How much distance is he able to walk ?
