  4. Itching related. Plz suggest what to do?

I m second time pregnant...1st time I got through ceasrean...I m 5 or 6 weeks pregnant and having so much itching on body especially on intimate area around vagina and its hole and dry vagina also. Sometimes I feel nausea also while waking up. Plz suggest what to do? I hve hypothyroidism for which I take 75 mcg tablet.
