Itching redness n puss in outer left ear

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have itchin, redness and puss in outer bottom of left ear. It has also happened few times before, then i cleaned with suthol and it was ok next day. But this time the pain, itching has increased. I have been taking Sensiclav 375,anleo dsr, alcecost sp, montios-ld since two days. Pain and redness has reduced but itching and pus is still there. Pls guide
