Due to the dust probably my eye flows tears and become red , it's except my eyes itches very much and when I itched these then this problem increased and eyes give pain.

It's allergic conjunctivitis. Avoid dust and pollution as much as you can. Use goggles for protection from dust and wind. Use olopatadine and ketorolac eye drops thrice daily along with lubricant eye drops three times daily and Kitmox-LD eye drops thrice daily for 5 days and then taper Kitmox-LD. This problem will decrease from these drops but if you want this to end you must avoid the allergen that is dust/etc.
