  4. Itching on skin of testicle. Help me.

Itching on skin of testicle
There is very itching in testicle skin. Sometime it's highly irritating to me. Then I apply candid v gel on the skin that gives me some relief. Friction with pants increases my problem. I'm 29 years old. Please help me.
