  4. Itching on Penis. Rid of this itching.

Itching on Penis
From today morning,I have strong itching sensation and irritation on tip of my penis. After trying to pull the foreskin little back, I noticed sligt redness with small dots like thing. Please suggest if there is any cream or medicine to get rid of this itching.
