Itching on both full arms
I have itching on both my full arms (ie both upper and lower arms). It started three weeks back. Scaly white skin coming out after heavy itching. Slight itching on neck and chest also. No other body locations affected. I have no previous history of such a condition. Put moisturiser to no avail. Pse help.
