Itching on body

Asked for Male, 52 Years

Hi Doctor ,I had virul fever for 2 weeks , which is fine now but after that Since past one week I am having itching problem on my body , and when I scratch it becomes red. I have tried taking Atarax 10 mg but it controls it for 10 to 12 hours and starts again the next day. Please recommend some medication. Thanks and Regards Rajesh
