Itching near genitals

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I constantly feel the urge to scratch my genitals area especially scrotum. It is very embarrassing to always scratch your genitals in front of people. I change my underwear daily and take good care of hygiene. Also there are no rashes near my genitals region. Please suggest what should i do to reduce the itch.
