Itching nd red tiny spots

Asked for Male, 20 Years

It started around 25 days back that itching started near my private part on testise bag .it used itch in day but condition become bad at nights and I was in gr8 problem as I was not able to sleep properly and keep on scrating myself . and then it started to expand to thighs and then to hips and now on upper body too .
