Itching n infection -butt

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have serious dryness and itching in the butt area which seems to spread now near the area between thighs.. There are enormous spots n its reddish cos of scratching.. I've read bout jock itch. Not sure if this is the same. Should I consult a dermatologist or a gynecologist?
