Itching in whole body

I am having severe itching in my scalp with hair loss, face which has become red, I have red bumps on my triceps, pimples and patches on my back, itching on side section of my private parts, at night sometimes it feels that just beside the scrotum bag and thigh intersection area, something is crawling and is itchy as well. I have pimples on my scalp. And every time my whole body is in itchy state.
